We are a multicultural team of 70 dedicated colleagues and are actively looking for a Service & Support Manager (m/f/d) who will support our clients at it’s best.

Tasks

MORE ABOUT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • You answer incoming business customer inquiries and make sure that our customers ( Tours & Activities - providers) always get the best out of their bookingkit account.
  • You work on our internal documentation for our colleagues as well as our help section for our business customers and keep it up to date together with your team.
  • Always close to the customer: You analyze feedback from our customers and derive feature requests/process improvements from it.
  • You work interdisciplinary: Your daily routine in the bookingkit Customer Success Team is varied! Besides versatile tasks, you also have the chance to work across departments, e.g. with our product team, sales or marketing.

Requirements

MUST-HAVES, SHORT & TO THE POINT

  • You are fluent in Englisch and 2 of these languages: Italian, German and/or French
  • You already have experience with customer facing role and you are highly empathetic.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • You have experience with SaaS products.
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and have experience in tech support.
  • You have experience with project coordination/management.
