Tasks

MORE ABOUT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • For your positions, you will take over the entire recruiting process, from job profile to proposal preparation
  • Be the first contact person for our hiring managers and take on the role of an internal consultant in all recruiting questions
  • Act as a sparring partner for your colleagues in HR and recruiting and help to further develop
  • Analyze and optimize our recruiting processes, for example through automation.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects in diverse areas: candidate assessment, candidate attraction, interviewer and candidate training, recruiting analytics and whatever great ideas you may have
  • Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

MUST-HAVES, SHORT & TO THE POINT

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, e.g. through working student activities, a general HR role or an agency
  • Familiar with active and passive sourcing and the ability to develop channel strategies independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
  • Results-orientation, strong interviewing skill ,entrepreneurial thinking and a passion for recruiting
  • German and English skills at a very good level.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment / SaaS company
  • Interest in technical setups and ideally experience in implementing them
